Refund policy

“We want you to love Yip Juice. If something’s off, we’ll make it right.”

Due to the consumable nature of Yip Juice products, we do not accept returns on opened or unopened items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the package and product, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

If you are not satisfied with your first order, please contact us within 30 days and our team will work with you to make it right.
